Who is eligible for a no credit check mobile contract?

Any customer of Hampden Phones is eligible as long as they are adults and permanent residents of the UK. Even customers with good credit score but want such a contract are eligible as well. The customer must also be employed or receiving some income if they are to qualify.

If am an existing customer, can I still be eligible for an early upgrade under the no credit check option?

Under this option, you can upgrade any time. However, you might need to purchase a new contract under a different account if you are an existing customer. The two accounts will have different payments and will operate separately.

How long does the application process take?

Your application will take the shortest time possible to be processed, and you will be informed straight away once it is approved.  Ensure you provide the correct information to speed up the process. In some cases, Hampden Phones might need to speak to you directly concerning your application. If such a case occurs, we will notify you immediately.

What mode of payments do you accept?

It is important for you to note that your financial agreement starts immediately Hampden Phones dispatches your product. However, you do not start paying until one month after the contract is set. In a bid to ensure all our customers are comfortable, we can take payments by direct debit according to the details you provide. Alternatively, you could pay by cash or any mode that you prefer as per the initial agreement.

What if I change my mind?

At Hampden Phones, we allow you the right to change your mind. However, you can only do so not later than 14 days after the agreement is made live. For further details, please refer to terms and conditions.

Can I change my monthly payments dates?

Yes, of course. You can change your paying dates anytime. Just contact us and we will make a new agreement that will suit your needs perfectly.

What if I miss a payment?

Missing a payment can have very serious consequences, so you need to ensure you keep up with your payments at all costs. Hampden Phones is here to serve you. Therefore, Hampden Phones of any financial issues, ensure you contact us and we will guide you into making good financial decision. Remember, defaulting payments could force us terminate your agreement and have you pay off the remaining amount all at once. Additionally, adverse information could be passed over to other credit reference agencies. This will affect your credit ratings and make it extremely difficult and expensive too for you to access credit services in the future. To be safe, make sure you cooperate and work with us. Can I pay off my loan early?

Yes you can.  If you choose to repay your loan early go ahead, we will not penalize you. In fact we encourage you to do so as you could end up saving some few bucks in the long run.  So for whatever reason, whenever you want to pay off early, please contact Hampden Phones’ dedicated team of professionals who will help you with all the calculations that need to be made. Hampden Phones also gives you the freedom to decide whether you will pay the whole amount at once or in parts. None will yield a penalty.
